Law & Order: Criminal Intent :: Folie à Deux
A couple leaves their sleeping child in bed while they have dinner in their hotel dining room. The hotel is robbed while they are dining, and when they return to their room, their child is missing. Goren and Eames work quickly to try and track her down.

Magic Moments was my first theme set. It began in August 1999 (640x480) and ended October 2002 (800x600). It's interesting to look back at what I've done, thinking about how I would make them differently today!

The first three theme montages ("Xena's Light", "What is a Friend" & "Captive Callisto") are 640x480, the rest are 800x600. After reviewing all my themes it occurs to me that theme=miscellaneous! My all time favorite theme is "Walk Beside Her". I made it August 2000 and I still love it!

Lao Ma's "Like Water" montages was my first attempt at using Photoshop (August 2000). You can tell I'm learning how to cut out images, use textures, gradients. I'm particularly proud of "We are the Amazons" ... a great scene from a pretty crappy episode.

When you think of the Warrior Princess you generally don't envision her praying. And yet, she has four episodes in which she does! Here's a little trivia for you ... can you name them? Give up? It's "Return of Callisto", "The Way", "Chakram" & "Eve."

Here is my sixth annual Xena desktop calendar. The theme for 2009 was villians! Previous years centered on: Xena Season One, Amazons, Xena's Evolution, Gabrielle's Journey and Graphic Novel Xena.

Xena Retrospective: I'm normally a wallpaper only kinda girl. I generally don't create icons/avatars or little collages. Sometimes I make poster size graphics for the occassional Xena graphic contest.

Xena Retrospective: I thought of doing this series after I received a Successories calendar at work. How boring, I thought. Now ... a Successories calendar featuring the characters of Xena? Now, that's inspiring!

After I ran out of months from my 1999 Successories calendar I chose my own themes and quotes. I tried to keep to the original style and layout.

Here I started my own format for the motivationl series. It looks like I was still trying to figure out how to blend the images. I was using Paint Shop Pro 3 ... give me a break!

"Resolutions" was my first 800x600 montage. As you can tell, my blends and cut outs have vastly imprroved. There are some pretty good ones in this set.

I've only got two 1024x768 wallpapers in this set. I made "Prayers" in August 2007. The motivational series was always fun. I'm sure I'll make some more in the future.

Xena Retrospective: In May 2000 I thought it might be fun to have a series of my favorite episodes using the best quotes of the ep. This set ended September 2001.

Xena Retrospective: I started this set in June 2005. I wanted a series using the same texture, filter, style and fonts. Overall I think I like the look of it. The last one I created was in July 2007.

Xena Retrospective: The first time I put a Xena actor montage together was in 1999. I wish I had some of these images in higher quality, but there weren't a lot of really HQ images at the time. Oh well.

As you can see I'm still working on Xena actor walls since my last one was of Lucy Lawless as Lucretia. We'll see if I make more for "Spartacus: Blood and Sand". I'm not sure if I'm going to like that show.

Xena Retrospective: In general, I made Hercules montages when a cool guest star was on (like Callisto, Autolycus or maybe some amazons) or when they featured Xena. Most of these were made in 1999, so they're all 640x480.

Without Hercules we never would have met Xena. For that he'll always have a special place in my heart. To honor him, I made a collage for his last eight episodes. Now that show had a good ending!

Xena Retrospective: After "A Friend in Need" aired, a few virtual season websites popped up. I made montages for the eps from The Xena Virtual Seasons (which doesn't appear to be online). These were made November 2001 through May 2002.

NOTE: The Shipper Seasons and XWP Subtext Virtual Seasons are still online.

Xena Virtual Season 8 is incomplete. And I may yet finish it. Episodes 801-814 are 800x600 while the rest are 1024x768. The last virtual ep montage I made was 11/21/07.

Xena Retrospective: The final season is completely 800x600. I started the series in October 2000 and finished it up March 2002. The Ring Trilogy is pretty fun. And I really like Varia in the Amazons episodes. But I won't be discussing "A Friend in Need."

Xena Retrospective: Season Five is very uneven for me. I know it must have been problematic to work in Lucy Lawless' pregnancy, but I didn't enjoy the "special baby" storyline. The journey back to Chin didn't work either. Still, we got the yin yang chakram ... and that was pretty cool. I stopped making 640x480 montages after "Little Problems" (12/4/99).

"Seeds of Faith" is my first 800x600 Xena montage. I finished up this season in May 2000. Is there anyone who likes "Married with Fishsticks?" I'm not sure I have a favorite episode from this season. But somehow I managed to create 109 collages for it!

Also of note, the screen captures I used for "Lifeblood" and "Looking Death in the Eye" are my own!
